• All classes should be booked via our online booking system.• Classes can only be booked if you have credit so if you are new to the centre or have run out of credit please email us to book.
• If a class is full, you can still click "sign up" and you will be notified by email if a place comes free.

• We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for classes.• All classes may be cancelled via our online booking system - please still cancel even if you are not within the cancellation period.

things to consider
• Wear loose fitting clothes• Avoid food for 2 hours before practice
• Inform the teacher of any medical problems or injuries.
• Rest from ashtanga is recommended for women in the first three days of their cycle. If you do wish to practice, you should avoid inverted postures (shoulder stand, head stand etc)
• Arrive 5-10 minutes early as classes begin promptly.
• Please be as quiet as possible on arriving and leaving the Shala to avoid distrupting other classes and therapies in progress.
yoga mats
We have a few yoga mats at the centre if you need to borrow one but it is best to bring your own. We also have eco mats for sale for £20.
