We can organize private tuition at the centre or in your home.

Private Ashtanga Tuition

Private ashtanga classes can be arranged at the centre or your home. These may be for individuals or groups of up to four students. We generally recommend a single consultation session, followed by three or more sessions. These can be tailored to focus on the individual's areas of need. Private sessions are particularly recommended for practitioners with injuries or special requirements as the teacher can work closely with the student to establish a practice which suits their needs.

 

Please email the centre with your requirements stating times/days you would like, how many classes, and where you would like the classes to be held. Classes held at the Shala cost £60 a session (60-75mins); payment is required on booking; a 24-hour cancellation policy applies.
