Ashtanga Mysore/Self Practice
Classes daily (except Wednesdays) - see schedule for times
This is the traditional method of teaching Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga where students practice at their own speed and breath. The teacher focuses on specific needs within the practice, giving one-to-one tuition and hands-on adjustments. This allows individuals to progress and develop at their own pace. New postures are explored and added as students progress. These classes are suitable for students who have attended beginners and/or intermediate classes and have adequate knowledge of the standing postures, as well as those who have had experience practicing in a Mysore-style class.
If your practice is longer than the allocated class time, please discuss the option of coming a little earlier/running over in to the next class with your teacher.
