The classes are presented in a course format for a progressive building of postures to be most beneficial. Classes are small and intimate, allowing for plenty of individual attention from the teacher.They are taught in a creative, loving, fun and non-competitive way which encourages teamwork and helps children find inner peace.

As children continue to grow, a regular yoga practice helps the body to remain supple. A supple, flexible body also encourages an open, flexible mind. Through the asanas, children become more in tune with their bodies and how to move and behave with mindfulness and awareness. Addressing their own self with compassion, allows them to address others in the same manner.
