At Chelsea Bridge Wharf

The Shala at Chelsea Bridge Wharf has just opened. It is a peaceful and intimate riverfront studio in which to deepen your ashtanga yoga practice. The experienced yoga teachers create a warm and supportive environment where the focus is on small classes and individual attention.

The Shala was set up by Gingi Lee in 1998 as a dedicated ashtanga yoga centre and was formerly known as the Sangam Yoga Centre in Battersea. There are now two South London Shala's, one in Balham, the other here at Chelsea Bridge Wharf. Ten years on and the Shala continues to be a place of self-exploration and healing with a loyal student base and a strong sense of community.

The studio is located within Très, a new healthcare centre which includes a lovely riverfront organic café for post-yoga brunch, drinks and more.

We offer ashtanga vinyasa yoga classes on most days (and will soon be offering more classes than currently scheduled.
