booking information
– All classes must be booked via our easy-to-use online booking system. You need to have paid at the centre in advance to do this.– At the centre you can buy a single class or a book of classes. Books run from the date of your first class (not the date you bought them) and run for a period of 5 weeks. Extensions to the time limit will be made only under special circumstances.
– You will need to register and create a log in from the schedule and booking page. Then click on a sign up link next to the class you wish to take. A new window opens with the options to make a single reservation, or make a recurring reservation.
– After making a reservation, your current schedule for the next four weeks will be displayed. At the top of your schedule, any book of classes you may have, is displayed, showing how many classes you have remaining and when the book expires.The database keeps track of all your classes and each time you log in, you will be able to track your schedule, history, purchases and account.
– If you are new to the centre or you have forgotten to buy a class/classes in advance, you may email us with your next date and we will book a place for you to be paid for on arrival at the centre. Please be advised that the booking system will still charge you for no-shows or late cancellation even if you haven't paid in advance.
– Auto emails are sent out to confirm bookings you make online.
– We have a waiting list for up to two people per class.
If the class you want is full, click sign up and you can be added to the
waiting list. An email will be sent out to you if a space comes free.
One or two spaces ususually come free the day before.
cancellation policy
– You may cancel classes via our online booking system. If you cancel more than 24 hours before the start of the class you will automatically be credited with a class.– We would appreciate it if you could cancel even if you have missed the 24 hour deadline.
– To cancel a class simply log in, select "my info" from the top right and then "my schedule" beneath this. Any classes you have reserved will be detailed here and you have the option to cancel on the right hand side.
– Auto emails are sent out to confirm cancellations you make online.
– PLEASE DO NOT PHONE OR EMAIL THE CENTRE TO CANCEL CLASSES. If you booked the class through us by email then you can still cancel it yourself online.
– No refunds are given - only credited classes.
– We reserve the right to cancel classes if there are not enough bookings. You will be notified by email. Please include your mobile number in your account information so we can phone you if we do need to cancel.
